Can't deselect loved music iTunes

Running iTunes 12.2.1.16 on Mac. I accidentally clicked the loved heart for a song and now it won't deselect. I right click to bring up dialog box and I see a check mark next to "LOVED" I click it and the item does not deselect. I went to "Get Info" I notice that there is a heart selection next to the star rating. Clicking on that heart icon has no effect on the setting I see in my iTunes library. Is there some other way to deselect "LOVED" status on a song?

MacBook Pro (Retina, Mid 2012), OS X Yosemite (10.10.4)

I find that clicking that row with the check mark next to "Loved" does in fact de-select it. This is the context:

I have the same problem as Delphimors. I have used the right click/two finger click, but the song stays selected as "Loved" with the heart. I've tried on other songs, and can select and then deselect. But there is one song that seems to be stuck on "Loved". I've also tried the Get Info--Details tab method. On Get Info, the song doesn't even display as "Loved", but on the iTunes library it is still shows the heart icon as selected.

This worked for me – perhaps it might work for you. Find the problem song on your iPhone and select the Loved symbol, wait a few seconds and then deselect the Loved symbol. Sync your iPhone to your MacBook or iMac and once the process is completed you should be able to then select and deselect the Loved symbol for that same song on your iTunes library on your MacBook or iMac.
