Fusion 360 Desktop Connector Connected Drive Empty

I have both Fusion 360 and Desktop connector installed. All the online guides seem to have the connected drive folder automatically populate with their existing Fusion 360 files as soon as they install Desktop Connector. I've tried installing, uninstalling and re-installing the Desktop Connector and still my connected drive is completely empty. This is despite the fact I have several designs saved in Fusion 360.

 

I've checked my Desktop Connector is up to date, and can't see a way to manually update Fusion. I assume it auto updates as a cloud based service.

 

Am I missing something in the guides? is there an extra step I'm missing to populate the drive with existing designs? Could it be a firewall or security problem? Or is Desktop Connector just broken for me?

Look in your Windows task bar over near the right side.  Left click the "up arrow" and then right click on the Autodesk Desktop Connector to first see if you are logged in and then click on "Pending Actions" and see if it shows anything.  This may give you a hint to want is going on.  If you cannot find the icon, then the service is not running.  If you are not logged in, then that is your issue.

Hi, thanks for the reply.

I've already ensured I'm signed in. And have tried signing out and in multiple times, closing and restarting the program.

The pending actions window is completely empty. See attached screenshot.

Hi @Anonymous,

 

Just to check, do you have any Team Hubs or do you only have a personal hub? By default with Fusion, you only have a personal hub, so if you haven't registered for a Team Hub then you wouldn't have one. You can verify in Fusion 360 by clicking your name in the top-right corner and selecting Switch Hubs. If that option is unavailable then you do not have multiple hubs. 

 

Right now, Desktop Connect only syncs with Team Hubs that you either own or are invited to.

Has this been updated so that personal Hubs can utilize the desktop connection Function. I am still unable to see my personal Hub but can see the Team hub for my company and the Team hub for d3training that I am a part of.
