Mrs. Arrow started out her life with a silver spoon in her mouth. With her mother holding the vice presidency position in the Milky Way Federation and her father high on the ladder in the neuroplastics business, Monique grew up in the hands of countless hired servants and was waited on hand and foot straight into adulthood. Her parents personally saw to it that she got her every wish while growing up, and one of them was to race in the F-Zero. Finding it a preposterous and dirty sport, her parents shunned this ambition of hers and hoped that she would do the same. This never came to be. Sick and tired of always having things done for her and longing to accomplish things on her own, Monique set out to the underground racing circuit in order to potentially make her dreams come true and gain a spot in the F-Zero Grand Prix standings. After being confronted by a couple unsavoury men, she was rescued by Super Arrow, who happened to be combing the area in search of his latest bounty, Zoda, at the time. Monique instantly fell for the superhero and it wasn't too long before they married each other. In order to get ever closer to the world of F-Zero, Monique worked for the next couple of years as a representative racing model for the F-Zero circuit. It wasn't until later, when Monique decided she should aid her husband in his bounties, that she dawned a crimson uniform and became "Mrs. Arrow", entering each race alongside her husband in order to assist his pursuit of characters such as Zoda. She also secretly races with Super Arrow for the sake of keeping an eye on him and his overall safety.

F-Zero X[edit]

In the second console-based installment of the F-Zero franchise, Mrs. Arrow entered the racing roster as a tough yet beautiful female pilot with an iron will and confidence to match. Since it isn't revealed that this character and Super Arrow are together, Mrs. Arrow can be seen as a rather intimidating racer to some, with an unshakeable ambition and an extremely presumptuous attitude in regards to the quality of other racers.

F-Zero GX[edit]

In the most recent console-based title, Mrs. Arrow becomes even more rough and tough than ever(and maybe even a little gruff). She is portrayed as a very strong figure in both physical and mental stamina, acting as an unstoppable role model for oppressed woman everywhere and never letting even the smallest thing mess with her(unless it wishes to walk away with something broken). It is also hinted that Mrs. Arrow is the true weight behind her relationship, revealing in an F-Zero TV interview that she forced Super Arrow to marry her(that is to say, in a loving way).

F-Zero Climax[edit]

Due to the lack of an actual storyline, besides being based off of the finale to F-Zero Falcon Legend(character-wise), Mrs. Arrow makes a stylish comeback with the sleek yet strong Queen Meteor, showing off a nice amount of speed and boost with level grip and body strength.

F-Zero Legend of Falcon[edit]

In the anime adaptation, Mrs. Arrow is still Super Arrow's loving wife, but she is portrayed as way more stereotypically female in this show, being bubbly and loving in even the worst of times. She first appears in the very first episode that Michael Chain does, getting tied up in Truman's predicament and helping Super Arrow and Rick Wheeler sort it all out. Her vulnerable side is also widely revealed, featuring her in an episode where she becomes trapped under an avalanche beneath the icy cliffs of White Land during an outing in her Queen Meteor.
