Hi, I’ve been trying out the securepass function today, but the three securepass emails I sent to my personal email have been in the queue all day and not gone out Please help - thank you! Peter
Zoho Mail mail merge - multiple records with same email address in the data source
I have found out that if there are multiple records in the data source with the same recipient email address, only one record is sent to that recipient and the other records addressed to that recipient are not sent. Is there any way to overcome this

Zoho blocked by MS Exchange Online
Today I have sent multiple messages from my Zoho Mail account and they have failed to arrive at a recipient using MS Exchange Online (not even into Junk) although they show as delivered in Zoho's logs. I called in some favours with that recipient and had them look through their logs. The messages are being quarantined as they are being given a Bulk Complaint Level of 9 (very high). Unread Marker doesn't sync with Android mail application
Hi! Using the default mail application on my android phone the read/unread marker doesn't sync with the server. This happens as well using the K-9 mail application. This could be a problem within the client (since it seems to work with thunderbird). But since it doesn't happen with any other mail account I'm using with the android application there must be some issues with Zoho's imap server as well. Michael

Signature image is showing up giant

Office 365 is marking us as "bulk"
All of a sudden (like a couple of days ago) all of our customers who are on Office 365 are getting our mails in their junk email. This is not the case with Gmail or other random mail servers, nor between us. We got a 10/10 score on mail-tester.com. Why do I keep getting spam from blacklisted domains?
I have blacklisted many domains at the organisation level. Yet users continue to receive spam from these domains. An example would be "pensionlawyers.com" which is a repeated spammer. This is in the blacklist of domains at the domain level in organisation settings. All user level whitelists have been removed (so there is no conflict) and yet this still occurs! Why oh why does zoho have such a buggy spam system? When changes are made to whitelists and blacklists how long does it take for the zoho
