The Aohata Marugoto Kajitsu series uses the “Fine Fruity Manufacturing Method Plus” to enhance the fresh fruitiness.
Realized by combining three technologies.
1. Reduction of heating amount: Reduces heating and reduces damage to fruits. Delivers fresh fruitiness, bright colors and aromas.
2. Reduced oxygen concentration: Reduces oxygen in the container as much as possible, suppresses flavor deterioration due to oxidation, and prolongs the vivid color and aroma.
