Although the employees at this location (when it was open, now they are closed due to COVID) were nice, courteous and professional, I will not give DWP 5 stars.

Since this office is a part of DWP - 3 stars is the top that I will give. DWP company is not the best, and they tend to overcharge, so please pay attention to your statements, every single time.

Now, it is convenient to pay here if you need to do so in person. They have a little box for payments drop offs and do provide envelopes. You can securely put your form of payment in the provided envelope, just don't forget to write down your account number, drop it in that box and go on with your day.

Once again, they are still closed due to COVID, so the next review will be an update when they will open.
