The Welsh classical singer, who was the Dancing with the Stars‘s fourteenth season runner-up in May 2012, is engaged to writer and director Andrew Levitas, reps for the couple confirm to PEOPLE exclusively. The couple have been dating since last October. Levitas, 36, proposed to Jenkins, 33, on April 15 in the Hamptons, a rep for Jenkins tells PEOPLE. “Katherine is over the moon,” she adds. “Thank you for all your lovely wishes of congratulations. They mean so much to us,” Jenkins Tweeted Sunday in a nod to the happy news, without explicitly confirming. The pair made a public appearance at Buckingham Palace in March when Jenkins received the Order of the British Empire (OBE) award. The mezzo-soprano was previously engaged to Welsh TV host Gethin Jones, but the pair broke it off in 2011.
