Can't get the ship to move to x ,y ,z I get to move to and then I can't input in the Coordinates and yes I did press the input key all that did was change the screen a bit. I have explorer and special upgrades. What next can I try?

I was going through my list of owned ships, and I noticed that a Caiman I bought used some time ago has a unique pilot's name, and not my character's name, in the "Pilot" section under its info. This is the only ship I have where this is a thing; all others show my name as the pilot (I own a few freighters/transports of various type, and a whole bunch of fighters claimed from bailed pilots). Hello, I'm currently doing the second story missions where you clear out unknown terran sectors for Terrans, and I ended up in this one where the objective is to drag a mobile mining base through 2 gates. I am using a vidar m6 equiped with a tractor beam, as it looks like it's the only way to move the ship around without necessarely board it. The problem is tho, when I'm jumping to the first gate, I lose the hook and the TL remain in the previous sector, moved away from the gate. I tried to make it in cont...

accidentally pressed - "autopilot attack" - but didn't fire a shot and every argon ship now is red although doesn't attack me. How to solve this?
