Among our signature menu, ``Wagyu Beef Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot),'' one that is especially recommended is the ``Kyoto-Style White Miso Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot),'' which uses white miso imported from Kyoto. We use vegetables grown in Fukuoka Prefecture, and we are particular about the quality and freshness of our ingredients. We also offer the ever-popular ``Soy Sauce Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot)'' and ``Spicy Miso Flavored Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot).'' There are 3 types of courses that include our famous Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot): 2,500 yen (6 dishes), 3,000 yen (7 dishes), and 4,000 yen (8 dishes), so be sure to try them out for various banquets.
