問題なくCOMポートとして認識しました。
tera-termでログが受信できることを確認したのでツールを作成してログを保存するツールを作成しました。
最初に1回分ログを吐き出すとGPTXTを出力します。（LEDは赤点灯）
その後受信できるようになると赤の合間に緑が点滅するようになります。
その際はGPGGA、GPGSA、GPGSV、GPGLL、GPRMC、GPVTGを出力して読み取るとGPS座標等読み取れます。（ログは一部マスクしてます。）
いろいろとやりたいことはあるので活躍してくれそうです。

As others have indicated this unit generally works well but struggles to acquire a fix indoors; however, it works as intended outdoors.

This USB GPS dongle is being used to provide current date/time info for a RPi3B+ in a vehicle in a configuration that does not allow me to plug a real time clock into the GPIO pins.

Setting up a RPi to acquire position and date/time info requires a quick search online for instructions and a few commands through the CLI.

This dongle works well and as intended.

GPSが入っていないタブレット端末で使ってます。
ポン付けでは使えませんでしたがYouTubeを参考に使えるようになりました。

GPSアプリダウンロードし開発者向けオプションの仮の現在地情報アプリをダウンロードして入れたアプリ選択したらGoogleナビが問題なく動きました。

USBの分岐を使って端末に充電しながらGPSを繋ぐとGPSが認識されなかったので給電しながら使えなかったところが残念でした。

GPSだけ繋いで使う分には問題無く使用出来ました。
