The reason I’m giving this four stars is because I’m knocking a point off because it lacks clear instructions/directions on how to use this. To use it as a pore extractor you need to have your face damp. I use this after I got out of the shower and continue to use hot water on my face to allow the pores to stay open. I’m assuming there’s some type of ultrasonic or electronic charge that goes through and stimulates/vibrates the debris out of the pores.
I wanted to see if this thing really worked so I did half my nose, (it was challenging), but I could clearly see a difference between each side. I could also feel a difference, both on the surface and a tingly type of sensation. Not a bad tingly, but a good tingly. Even though I could not see anything that was removed on the device itself, a lot of the coloration from the side I did was removed. ~ I’m assuming the coloration is a combination of dirt and oil. Of course, this is not a one and done type a deal to get the pores smaller. In order to do that you’ll need to keep the pores clear so they go back down to normal size. – (The reason they got larger in the first place is because the extra dirt and oil that have been accumulating in them have dilated them.)
I really like this device and love the fact that it’s cordless and fits in your hand nicely. It’s not heavy or bulky and holds a charge quite well. When you do need to charge it you’ll need to use a standard charging cable, the one included with the device, and not a fast charging cable with two types C plugs. When I went to charge it, I use the fast charging cable and it wouldn’t charge, then I use the cord it came with, and had no problems.
