Grinder jar broke within a month
I am posting this for my mom. She was using grinders from India and since the one she had stopped working, after several years, she bought a this one online. This grinder, had 3 jars. Handle for the medium size broke within a month. Hope they can make the new grinders with solid handles.

Mixer grinder looks great in the product images because they might have taken picture with camera capable of taking 1000 pixels.
Before buying that I was using $35 bugs blender which I bought from Wallmart and I was very happy.
This cheap little plastic grider looks so ugly and no where it was mentioned that it is BPA Free and passed all standards.
I am an easy guy who don't complain much about anything so passing time with it until one day grinder made a crazy sound and my jar was broken.
I have no idea on earth to fix so I tried to contact them on their store.
Looks like they are nicely operating from our great mother land and there is no sort of contact information or email address to contact.
Right now I am a cry baby who don't know any details or know any one to contact even no body ever told me about warranty but they wanted to charge nice extra money to purchase extra warranty.
Just buy this blindly if you want to pay your hard earned money on this waste , useless and junky and cranky product.
I just give my 10 minutes of valuable time to just help others who are wants to buy this by seeing nice biased reviews.

Compared to other mixi, this is way easier to clean.. looks very pretty on kitchen counter.. highly recommend this item, wont be disappointed if you are using it for preparing Indian cuisine..
Update after a year:
I use this mixer grinder at least 3 to 4 times a day to prepare food for my toddler. Once I had left a steel spoon inside the jar and turned it on. To my surprise, just the Coupler was broken. Replaced the Coupler for 7 bucks. Other than that it all works just fantastic. Highly recommend!
