    I got this because I thought my current adapter was failing, but it turns out it was my Spectrum internet. I just got a refurb desktop pc with enough RAM to process 3D models. I put that pc in my basement where previous wireless adapters could not pickup a strong wireless signal. Because I was not using this adapter and just keeping it as a spare, I decided to try it on my basement pc. And it works great where others did not. It was plug and play, no issues, inexpensive, so I would definitely recommend.
