I am so happy to receive my order!!!. my Google Pixel 6 Pro. for $316.00. The phone actually came 2 days early. it is such a beautiful phone. I picked the "good" feature for a hot deal. It looked better was perfect when I pulled it from the box, which was packed securely, no worries for me.. I did my purchase after 6 months searching from my phone to my new one. It couldn't have come at a better time. I say "new" because, nobody could ever tell it was refurbished. l products have a unbelievable 1 YR warranty... Writing this review after 7 days of use. Cosmetically the phone looks brand new. There are some barely visible spots along the top border/lining of the phone, but other than that there is literally zero dents or scratches on the phone. The screen, back glass, camera housing has no scratches at all. The battery health is good and I didn't notice any issues after 7 days of use. Tje cameras work perfectly, sound is good and all the apps running buttery smooth. The phone arrived in less than 48 hours which was insanely quick. I thing I will suggest for new buyers, back market is essentially a marketplace, so before making an order browse the refurbisher and their reviews just to be safe. Overall, 10/10 experience.

I am happy with my purchase of my refurbished phone. The whole process was very easy (just don't forget to mail in your trade-in) and I received the phone in 3 days via FedEx. This is the first time owning a pre-owned phone and so far things are going well. It is nice having a phone that has a battery that holds a charge well. I have since purchased a case and screen protector for it. My husband ordered an iPad for work as well after my positive experience with Back Market.

The phone is in mint condition. It was originally a Verizon phone but has been unlocked. The screen has been replaced with a premium-quality one. However, the fingerprint scanner was not calibrated, which I discovered when setting up the phone. I fixed it right away using the Google website. Everything else is perfect, including the battery and camera. this is my second purchase from Cellfee and 4th overall from Back market.

Ordered phone in "Good" condition, was regretting that decision a bit after doing so but, phone arrived in about 3 days, and is absolutely perfect. You'd never know that it wasn't brand new. Highly recommend, and will be ordering all my future phone upgrades from BackMarket from now on.
