Em K Grind

I don’t know about you, but when it comes to a skate shoe to actually skate in I’m a huge fan of the mid-cut. If you follow the blog you know I have a real soft spot for stuff like this and this. Emerica has just hit the market with their latest mid-top offering, the Emerica Pillar, and it’s hot! Let’s take a tour of what you get with this killer new shoe.

The upper is a classic chukka boot style cut with a notch back. It provides the ultimate in ankle protection and movement. Construction is tough suede with a vulcanized out-sole and a classic 80’s styled rubber ollie pad in the destruction zone.
