Hello,

I'm sorry you are encountering this issue.

It seems that the server doesn't complete the post.

For this I suggest you to perform the following steps:

Remove all external devices except the monitor (including mouse and keyboard).
After removing the devices, attempt to POST the server.
If the server now completes POST, plug the external devices back in one at a time until the defective device is found. Replace the defective device once it has been isolated.
If the server still does not complete POST, go to the next step.

Remove all third-party components and parts.
After removing the parts, attempt to POST the server.
If the server now completes POST, plug the parts back in one at a time until the defective part is found. Replace the defective part once it has been isolated.
If the server still does not complete POST, go to the next step.

Disconnect the hard drives from the server.
After removing the parts, attempt to POST the server.
If the server now completes POST, plug the parts back in one at a time until the defective part is found. Replace the defective part once it has been isolated.
If the server still does not complete POST, go to the next step.

Disconnect the optical drive and any internal tape drive.
After removing the parts, attempt to POST the server.
If the server now completes POST, plug the parts back in one at a time until the defective part is found. Replace the defective part once it has been isolated.
If the server still does not complete POST, go to the next step.

Remove PCI cards including integrated NDC/PERC if applicable.
After removing the parts, attempt to POST the server.
If the server now completes POST, plug the parts back in one at a time until the defective part is found. Replace the defective part once it has been isolated.
If the server still does not complete POST, go to the next step.
Reseat the control panel connector.
Test with minimum to post Normally PSU, Motherboard, CPU1, 1 RAM Stick and Backplane. Full details for minimum to post can be found in your Owner's Manual > Minimum to Post.
If the server now completes POST, plug the parts back in one at a time until the defective part is found. Replace the defective part once it has been isolated.
If the server still does not complete POST the remaining parts have to be considered (example - Motherboard, BackPlain, Control Panel, PDU)

Thanks
Marco

Hello,

Sorry to hear that, it seems like most likely a hardware issue. if you have a chance to try a known good memory and make sure it populate to DIMM_A1 slot for previous min to post steps. It can help memory has an issue or not

However, I can recommend two additional steps that might help it. First of you already tried like min to post process that can be cause residual static electricity on the system, therefore, please do power drain as below;

1. Power the server down.
2. Disconnect server from all power cables, Network cables.
3. Hold down the power button continuously for at least 10 seconds.
4. Insert power cables and network cables back to the system.
5. Wait about 2 minutes before powering on server to give the iDRAC time to initialize.
6. Power the system on.

And another step you can try NVRAM clear like this https://dell.to/3zwzfJZ;

You can find where jumpers on mobo here https://dell.to/3zwzgh1

Hope that helps!

It may be from Memory, if there is a known good memory, you can populate with it. As far as I understand, you have eliminated other options than memory.
