Paid for 3,000 live, got half and then 2/3rds were DEAD DEAD DEAD. Wouldn't refund, reship was even more dead than the 1st shipment and was not even close to 3,000 to start with. Didn't want reshipping bc I said would get same results, well it was worse results. Where I live is the mid 40s-50s which is perfect temp to ship. Have used other sellers and always received live ones. If their shipping fails (DEAD) then it's your "fault".. NO!
