I own the hand held massager and have used it extensively in my massage practice. I needed the foot vibration for leg edema as I knew it was super powerful! It certainly is. Bought it when I invested in my Good Feet arches. They have these in the store and they last. Strong vibration level 1 out of 11 is what I use. Seems industrial level quality and is backed by a decent warranty. Will vibrate the floor so I have it on a carpet.
