Zoom doesn't work... unfortunately!
I'm leaving the reliability marks blank because I just started using mine and don't feel it fair to rate it just yet. Other than that the installation couldn't have been easier. Follow the instructions and call your cable provider first. Then install the 3 connections cable in, computer, and power supply and I was up and running in virtually minutes. That was with my desk top. Next I set up the wireless connection to my laptop and that was just as easy. Performance wise I was upgrading from a failed Belkin G router and the Zoom 5350N blows it away when it comes to speed on both my old desk top via the wired connection as well as the laptop on the wireless connection. Whats worse their customer service failed to follow up and left me hanging. In the end if I want a wireless connection I guess I'll have to buy some other manufacturers product. Buyer beware!

Very good product. Can replace your old WiFi and serve as a modem
Excellent product. Just switched to Comcast and didn't want to "rent" a modem from them. I wasn't sure this would be a suitable replacement for my existing wireless router too but at least I'd have a solid modem. Turns out, I get great speeds and coverage with the WiFi so overall, very pleased. The config is pretty full featured as well. Parental controls, firewall, port forwarding, etc. Very easy to setup and maintain.Excellent product. Just switched to Comcast and didn't want to "rent" a modem from them. EXCELLENT MODEM ROUTER
Setup was easy. Charter had menus to make the setup easy. I was on line in five minutes. I set up the wireless network very easy. I was impressed with the guest network for wireless. I have people that visit and the guest network is perfect for them. I had an occasion to call Zoom tech support and the problem was fixed right away. It sounded like a US tech on the line. I have much improved speeds with the Docsis3 modem. It is a very good piece of equipment.Setup was easy. Charter had menus to make the setup easy. I was on line in five minutes. I set up the wireless network very easy. I was impressed with the guest network for wireless. I have people that visit and the guest network is perfect for them. I had an occasion to call Zoom tech support and the problem was fixed right away. It sounded like a US tech on the line. I have much improved speeds with the Docsis3 modem. It is a very good piece of equipment.

Didn't expect it to be really fast or have that much range, but it's way better then the router I was renting from Comcast and it has better connection and range.
