Solid holster, smooth draw, can modify the retention capability
I have used this with my X300 light mounted on a pistol and it had a good fit, smooth draw and easy reholstering. I also figured out how to temporarily disable the thumb retention by wedging a piece of plastic that keeps it depressed, making the holster also function as a non-retention holster.

Got it and read the instructions to fit it and immediately had problems putting my 1911R w/300 light on it. It would not allow the weapon to go into the holster. After forcing it into the holster, it took 2 of us to get it out. I tried it with a Glock 17 and a Sig 226R since it is suppose to fit 150+ weapons and had the same problems. I sent email to Blackhawk since I was having issues and no response as of yet. When looking down inside I can see that the knob on the light hangs up on a rail.Got it and read the instructions to fit it and immediately had problems putting my 1911R w/300 light on it. Good quality for the price.
The amount of money this holster could save you potentially is absolutely amazing and for that reason alone it’s worth purchasing. As long as your gun is approximately the size of a Glock 17 or a Glock 19 and you have the appropriate tactical light this holster will work for you. Meaning you can feed this one holster a multitude of firearms with zero issues. The release mechanism is a bit stiff but I think this will break in with time. I would make sure to go back and put blue lock tight on all the screws to ensure they don’t back out. I would also stress that I view this in particularly as a range holster. It lacks the retention for any level of actual professional work. The amount of money this holster could save you potentially is absolutely amazing and for that reason alone it’s worth purchasing. Are you looking for one holster that replaces every holster you own for outside the waistband Carrie then look no further than this one. this holster attaches to any gun with the light rail and the specified light and it’s just all-around perfect I couldn’t ask for more

Actually works!! I'm impressed.
"Fits everything" of course not. But this is actually a different concept that really works. You have to commit to a light.. One of two, but it then basically fits any gun with that light or just a rail holster.. And for the money? Wow.. Similar holsters that fit just one gun/light combo cost 3 times as much. I'm buying another..
