Unfortunately, as these phones go sometimes (this new, old-stock, Rezound is over 12 years old) this one had a HARDWARE issue. I fully expected it to not be functional as a useable phone but this one had internal issues that couldn't be resolved with software fixes. However, seller worked with me and was in 100% communication and we will have a resolution soon. Very happy with the experience, and the other two NOS phones I purchased are fantastic. Very, very pleased so far. Highly recommended!

    Great phone just don't purchase from electronics-4u

    this is a great product for telephone, text, and email use. It is not a product for internet searching. I have used this model for 5 years and have worn a few out. it is small and very easy to use--much easier then my other business phone a Droid. the biggest down side is the battery life is short so one must keep it plugged in to recharging a lot. Did have a bad experience with a purchase from electronics-4u on ebay however the unit was new and worked well except for the earpiece-- the phone only worked on the speaker phone. the company initally said no problem and just to send it back for an exchange, however they didn't give a mailling address. when I asked for an address they declined and said they couldn't help me any further.

    I have been looking for this phone and I couldn't believe it when I saw that eBay had it! I had this phone a long time ago and we had to depart because I dropped it a few times the last time being in water (tragic) and it was pretty much done. I so wanted to find this phone again because I like the features including the snazzy ringtones and voice note recorder! I wish more cell phones could have catchy ringtones. I also liked the slide out key board feature. I don't do touch screens and like the fact that the buttons although small are easy to push. Thanks eBay and thanks to the seller! Awesome job! :)

    horrible phone

    I've had the phone for just about 3 weeks and I have already had to switch my phone back to my old one. Yes, I loved the keyboard, but unfortunately the face didn't stay connected very long at all. I would strongly advise against this phone or just about any other keyboard phone. This is already my 3rd keyboard phone and they have all proven to do the same thing........ FALL APART!!!!!!! I do not have anything poor to say about my seller of the phone. He/She were great... It's not their fault the phone is horrible. The only difference with this phone compared to the others is this phone lasted a week longer then the rest and my phones are well take care of (not dropped or abused)

    Not worth the money.

    Don't waste your money on this phone. It cuts off for no reason in my pocket. I have to pull the battery out and put it back in to get it to work. It is slow. When someone forwards a message to me, it locks up for as much as a minute before I can even open the message. Finally, the slider feature is annoying. Definitely getting a flip phone at my next upgrade. Much less trouble. Also, there are a lot of pics that don't seem to come through when they are sent to me. Can't wait till my next upgrade so I can take this phone off my service.
