After a long wait for delivery of my Soyes x16 cellphone, I was unable to connect to my carrier because the new Soyes X16 was apparently NOT unlocked. I am now paying for a service that I cannot connect to. Because of the sellers location ,I do not anticipate a swift solution . I will update this when I have a solution from the seller.

My apology to qiutianguo. This phone was as advertised. My carrier ( a major network) at the time did not and does not have tech staff qualified to program this phone to use on their network. After changing carriers, I inserted the SIM and the phone worked flawlessly. This was not a problem with compatability of the carrier.

Seller/Buyer FYI: Please don't glue black inserts into case. My airpods are not Apple so they only fit in case with black inserts removed. I nearly tore the case removing them.
