Alice Eve has been seen recently in the Marvel Universe (the Netflix TV corner, at least) as the dangerous Mary Walker on Iron Fist. She'll be tackling some danger of her own as she joins the cast of anthology sci-fi thriller Warning.

As the title suggests, the film won't be lots of happy children playing with robots or the charming tale of everything going right. Instead, the interweaving short stories that make up the movie follows different characters in a future Earth where bad things are happening.

Eve joins a cast that already includes Lana Condor, James D’Arcy, Laura Harrier, Charlotte Le Bon, Mena Massoud, Alex Pettyfer and Benedict Samuel. Agata Alexander is making her film directing debut, working from a script she wrote with Rob Michaelson and Jason Kaye and aiming to have the cameras cranking soon.

In other acting gigs, Eve shot a role in another sci-fi project, the much-delayed Replicas and she's at work on Jay Roach's untitled film about noxious Fox News boss Roger Ailes.
