Rachel is a senior counsel in our Dispute Resolution Practice.
Rachel has over 10 years of commercial litigation experience and has acted for a range of claimants and defendants in the High Court, Court of Appeal and the Competition Appeal Tribunal. She regularly advises on high-value multi-jurisdictional disputes across a number of sectors. During Rachel's career as a disputes lawyer she has been involved in complex fraud claims, injunctions, financial services disputes, arbitrations and competition follow-on damages claims.
Since joining Travers Smith in 2017, Rachel has been heavily involved in the defence of follow-on damages claims in the Competition Appeal Tribunal (including playing a leading role in a recent ten-week trial in the Trucks Litigation).
Rachel co-leads the Dispute Resolution Department’s Flexible Working Committee, and is fully committed to gender equality, social mobility and the firm's diversity, inclusion and CSR efforts.
