We're always interested in feedback from customers such as yourself and we will pass on to our product managers your comments about needing a longer recording time and longer character limit for messages. (For others reading this review, the recording time is 20 seconds and the limit for text messages is 120 characters.) As for managing your billing, including canceling a subscription, you should be able to do that by signing into your account with either the My Verizon app or at Verizon.com.8 days ago

Thanks for your feedback. We agree-- the charger should be placed on a flat, level service. But you should not have to press on the charger because it has a magnetic connection. Regarding school mode, on the GizmoHub dashboard, tap the battery icon for a short cut to settings and tap "Schedule school mode". There, make sure the times and days selected are the ones you want. Thanks. We find kids really like the QWERTY keyboard on Gizmo Watch 3. It's colorful and easy to use, which is quite an achievement on such a small screen. Regarding GPS location, here is some information you may find helpful. To conserve its battery, a Gizmo watch does not constantly report its location. Instead, Gizmo sends a location update, displayed in the GizmoHub app, under any one of these conditions: - When the watch is turned on or off. - When the watch wearer “swipes to check in,” on the watch. - At a specific time, as scheduled in a time-based location alert. These alerts are set up in the GizmoHub app. - When the watch moves into or out of an area, as defined in a location-based location alert. These alerts are set up in the GizmoHub app. - When the Refresh Location button (the icon showing a location pin) is tapped on the map in GizmoHub - When the Real-time Tracking button (the icon showing two location pins) is tapped on the map in GizmoHub. To conserve battery, GizmoHub will ask after 5 minutes whether to keep this feature turned on.15 days ago

I just switched from Verizon to the Spectrum for my mobil service. Will this watch still work on that network (it's technically your network)
Hi Meme. Your Gizmo subscription for your Gizmo Watch must be linked to a Verizon account. But that shouldn't be an issue because your phone can still use the GizmoHub app on any carrier in the USA. Your Verizon account can be just for your Gizmo Watch service and your other devices can be on your Spectrum account.

How do you video call with someone? can you use this feature with all contacts? and can you send pictures to all contacts?
Here is an article that will guide you on how to do a video call with Gizmo Watch 3. Video calls can be made with any contact who has the permission level of Caregiver or Guardian and has installed the GizmoHub app on their phone. Video calls can also be made to Gizmo Buddies if the buddy's Gizmo has a camera.

No, Gizmo Watch 3 camera can not be specifically disabled. However, there is the GizmoWatch 2 model that does not have a camera.
