TLDR: Good food, good quantities, good service. Can't go wrong.

We came to Cococ on Sunday afternoon, when it was parked outside an event at a brewery. We had come specifically for the food, but the live music was an unexpected bonus.

The ordering system was pretty straightforward: they have a few plating options, with 5 options of "guisados" and 5 options of sauce (I hesitate to call it salsa, because one of them tasted more like a sriracha mayo).

Pictured is their $14 taco plate option, featuring all of the meat offerings (carnitas, chicken mole and cochinita pibil, per Instagram). They also serve a vegetarian and a vegan option. I highly recommend the chicken mole. It was flavorful and saucy in all the right ways.

I ordered their 3rd and 4th sauces. 4 was a little spicier, so I recommend 3 if you're unsure. I also recommend checking their Instagram (@cococthefoodtruck) for upcoming schedules.

Incredible food, value, quality, speed. I am 100% coming back just for this (I don't drink alcohol lol)! Guacamole, all 3 meat options in taco form, quesadillas.. even the rice and beans were good!

Delicious food! So many salsa choices that are all amazing! The truck is at the new humble sea brewery pop up on the wharf every weekend this summer. Beer, great food, and a view! Can't wait to go back and try more of the menu.

An awesome food truck that does the brewery circuit in Santa Cruz. I got to try their food today at the Greater Purpose Brewing Company today and kept going back. I got the tacos and then the bowl and got to try all their protein options which were all...excellent. The 2 gents who were working here seemed super nice. I wish them the very very best.

High quality and super authentic. I took the Pibil, Mole and Carnitas tacos. They arrived in high quality mesa tortillas filled with generous portions of high quality fillings. Highly recommended.

Tried today at the Humble Sea pop up and was so glad I did! This is definitely my new favorite food truck in Santa Cruz. The bowl was amazing and left me full without feeling weighed down. Friendly service too!

Really good, try the sampler platter to get a taste of all the pibils. We thought they were all delicious.
