This tea is great for moms, prenatal and postpartum. The refreshing, earthy blend of raspberry leaf, ginger, rose petals and chamomile are gentle on the body during pregnancy and can ease emotional and physical tensions. These herbs are traditionally used to soothe the stomach, uterus, and even headaches and stress.
Use about 1 TBSP per cup of tea. A sampler size makes 6-10 cups of tea. Full size makes 10-15 cups of tea.
