I was seeking -- and willing to pay a ridiculously exorbitant price for -- 1-liter Volvic water bottles for their unique size and shape: they're a squircle (an approximately four-cornered cylinder) that doesn't roll away when placed on its side. They're also compact, not tall, thin, and narrow like virtually all other 1-liter water bottles, so they don't topple over. Finally, they're 1-liter. This is the just-right size for me, not too big, not to small. These bottles were exactly the shape and size advertised in the photo; I want to publicize my experience because it contrasts with that of another more prominent review for this product in which the reviewer reports they received a different-sized bottle than that described: I received exactly what was advertised. Finally, do I like the new nipple tops? No, I don't, but I swapped them for ordinary green screw-on bottle caps and use those. So why did I buy these ridiculously expensive water bottles? For the bottle.
